ESPN's Todd McShay ranks Oklahoma senior T Tyrus Thompson as the No. 22 overall prospect.
The 6-foot-5, 320-pounder has made a leap this season, moving out of teammate Daryl Williams' (ranked No. 31 by McShay) shadow. "Thompson is a massive tackle prospect with good bulk, length and above-average foot quickness and lateral agility," McShay wrote. "He could afford to display more toughness on tape, and he needs to get stronger, but his athleticism allows him to do very well in pass protection and as a run-blocker in space. He is one of the anchors of a very good, very experienced Sooners offensive line." Particularly impressive has been Thompson's development as a pass blocker this year. Oct 15 - 7:05 PM

I read that Tyrus played right tackle a couple of games in 2012.

Could he be Doug Free's replacement?
