Probably better if you walk to an easy to find location like a restaurant where they don't have to fight the dense traffic.

Have Uber pick you across the street from the stadium. Not sure if the convenience store is still across from the stadium but that there is where we got picked up last time. Made leaving the game really easy.

Uber has a lot where their drivers hang out after games.

Your best bet is to park on Collins (south side), or pick up an Uber around there.

I took it after the skins game took less than 2 minutes and costed me 18$ to get to my hotel from the stadium. There was a large group standing under an Uber gazebo lol. I don’t know why the app assigns you a driver.
