Well, at least it was a couple of years ago. Maybe he's got his head on straight now. He's one of the players I think has a shot to make the roster because of our depth there. He only has to beat out another UDFA in McKeon and a cheap FA re-signing. We also have another cheap FA in Bunting, but the competition is just not thick there after the two draft picks (Schultz and Ferguson).

Not really clearly. It could be true or he could have been in the bind of having this hang over his head, a trial, and missing the football season or plead to a lesser charge and take the classes so he could continue on.
