Signed by Cowboys UDFA signings

Jerry Jones addresses those who wish he would step down as the Cowboys GM -- and why Dallas has made such dramatic changes this offseason (specifically on defense):

"When you look at it, it's the only way you can go if you're not going to step down.
And I'm not going to do that.
So, you've got to change it. You've got to change that mirror...
I wish everybody everywhere could see the way we make a decision -- and that they'd quit worrying so much about me sitting there."
Yes Jerry, we know you are the GM and don't know anything. It's always decision by committee and who has the loudest voice or the newest coordinator at the time. Except for the times Jerry thinks he is smarter than everyone else in the room and takes a flyer on some injured/red flag name player.

Trigg was PFF's top-ranked UDFA--106 on their big board. Here's their evaluation:

"Trigg may have one of the widest ranges of outcomes in the 2026 class. At his best, his vertical athleticism and contested-catch ability suggest top-50 potential, but inconsistencies with technique and focus create volatility in his projection."

Trigg is basically an oversized WR. He will need to improve as a blocker and word is there are off-field concerns with him that led to discipline when he was at Ole Miss. Not sure but is this why he transferred to Baylor?

Regardless to get him as a UDFA is well worth the risk.

I' m hoping for Jeff Caldwell... 6'3" 225lbs and 4.31 official combine speed. Sign me up for some of that!
