A rapist that is set to lose millions of dollars does. The fact they did have consensual sex in the past and apparently there are some texts where they discussed the act are going to make it harder for her side to prove that she said no.

Pretty much he said, she said. I have not looked into all the details of the story, just the basic information. He does sound like a creep...I mean, who has NDA's at the ready?

I’m one of those types when “ he tried to get her to sign a non disclosure agreement” and “offered” to pay” her to shut up… the writing is on the wall.
And just like every GM across the league, I don’t want him on my team.

Wake up and smell the roses. Most players nowadays have to protect themselves. I'm not saying he is innocent, but unlike you, I'm not calling him guilty until his side of the story is told in detail.

You can be sure the police have all the original and subsequent text exchanges. Probably went something like "would you consider doing X?" and she said "I'd consider it, let's see". Then they get to fooling around, he says "Now let's do X" and she says "I'm not interested right now" and he does it anyway and she says "No, and STOP", and he continues, despite her protests. Whether this can be proven will be up to the police and the DAs, but it certainly doesn't look good. And from what it sounds, she didn't ask him for hush money, it was the other way around...

There were no texts of "Now let's do X" or her saying "I'm not interested right now". Just her word vs his. He did offer her $1k in hush money, but she did say $5k.

No one wants someone so dumb, they got themselves in this position, on their team!

TE Rivaldo Fairchild - has an opportunity because in the red zone he splits out to X and runs fade routes for TDs. RF 6'3 242, (34 inch arms) also lines up as a big Slot to attack the middle of the field.

Williamson - is a FS 6'0 195 that looks like he can play some slot CB. High IQ player that reads n reacts very quickly and is a missle to the ball. I see a redshirt year then backup FS next season if Dallas can keep him.

Barron - labeled as a LB, but I'd like to see him as a SS 6'4 226 and placed on the development plan I laid out for Williamson. Chippy player w/ who makes a lot of tackles and has played several positions increasing his value...he's been a snap holder for example.

As for Bond, the young man doesn't align with the vision of Schotty for the team.
