Guilt or innocence is all based on what a jury will believe.
- They're free to vote their opinion.

I think some jury members will see a woman that comes over specifically for an intimate encounter based totally on a text conversation as
suspicious.

Having said that, the Cowboys don't need the distraction.

She doesn’t have to prove it. The DA does.

This isn’t a civil case, yet. The police receive a complaint and investigate. They then submit a recommendation to the DA who then decide to prosecute.

There are a lot of steps, completely out of the control of the complainant, that happen before charges are filed.

In this case, criminal charges have been filed and DAs tend to prosecute cases they think they can win.

Thanks...I understand the process. By saying she, of course I meant the DA. It definitely will be determined by exactly how much evidence there is that implicates him as actually raping or sexually assaulting someone who admittedly was having consensual sex and at least initially appeared to have agreed to a certain act.

The law is clear. The second you say stop, it becomes non consensual.

Traeshon Holden played not only at Bama but also Oregon and that was under Ducks OC Junior Adams the new Cowboys WR coach . I’m sure Adams had something to do with getting Holden to Dallas .

In a draft that went WR less who knows Holden at 6’2” could prove a nice red zone target give some of these receivers a run for a roster spot .

Hopefully his agent tells him to work on special teams. Easiest way to make a roster and be active is contribute on ST

Holden caught my eye last season when I watched him play. He ran a slow 40 but he plays so so fast.

He has a nice catch radius

Cowboys have dealt with this stuff many times. Even Jerry the Owner has had to deal with such.

Dak had sexual allegations against him also while a Dallas Cowboy. Dak countersued and eventually she confessed that the charges were false.

Sounds like Bond's lawyer is going to present a case against her. The discovery process of all of the texts between them should eventually resolve the case. Time will tell who is innocent and who may be guilty.
