Everything I read online was that Jeffcoat would go on day 2.

Not sure why he wasn't drafted.

Supposedly, he's more of an OLB type in the NFL.

Like someone previously stated, I'm sure both players are getting multiple phone calls from multiple teams (bidding war). I'm sure they are weighing their options.
