He is criticizing a grown man for using words he has every right to use. And if you think nearly every other coach/player isn't using profanity out there then you are kidding yourself.

But still, If Dungy claims he wouldn't hire Rex because of how he talks then he is a hypocrite. Because Peyton, his star QB he could never have won the SB without, has the mouth of a ****ing sailor.

Have you guys been watching Hard Knocks much? How many episodes have they had?

I registered at HBO.com and watched part of the first one, but had to stop about halfway through. I'll probably pick it up again sometime when I have nothing else to do, but honestly it was kind of boring having the same old storylines as always. Really, there's never much different year to year except the uniforms.

And I can't stand Ryan. Don't know who so many think he's so cool... I guess because he's such a brash loudmouth, which everyone seems to love.

Personally, I don't care if he uses profanity or not. I doubt any body does. More power to him if he wont say those words. My problem lies with him criticizing other people for it and saying he wouldn't give them a job based on if they swear or not. Especially when HIS QB has one of the most profanity filled vocabularies in the league.

Judging people for weather or not they swear is such an ignorant thing to do.
If Dungy doesn't want to use cuss words I don't think anyone has a problem with. He should just not cuss and keep it to himself.

HBO is a forum where kids would be watching?
You do realize what kind of shows HBO broadcasts don't you?
And the point of Hard Knocks is to show what that teams training camp is really like, which for the Jets includes motivating the players with strong language. Why should Rex change the way he runs camp for an audience that shouldn't be watching HBO in the first place. Dungy should take one from Rex's mom and worry about his own son. Only it's a little too late for that isn't it?
