Evidently Gregg Williams is blaming Tiki Barber's long runs against his vaunted defense on missed holding calls (this from ES). The people over there are already starting to gripe about the officials two days before the game. Evidently there are certain crews that have it in for the Skins.

One thing is for sure, not all the ESers, but a great deal of them never believe they got out played and therefore lost. It is always the Refs cheating them out of victory. I get so tired of it to be honest with you.

I have seen threads pop up here on the zone as well and for the most part they get told to just shut up.

What about the play that won the Dallas game for the Skins? They tackled our D-lineman on the play or Brunell would have been burried and the game all but over. Now they complain?

Look at the TWO pass plays for TD's that the Foreskins beat us on. That was flat out obvious HOLDING on our DE's. Thats just how it goes sometimes...

It's nothing less than I expected. They always complain that the refs took the game from them. Heck, they even complain after close wins that the refs made it that close and that the mighty Commanders should win every game decidedly. LOL,

Good point! When you lose a close game you might have a gripe about a couple of calls but when you get crushed like that it isn't the refs fault.

wow...the team that in the 80's and early 90's under Gibbs that got away with holding on almost an everydown basis (one yr it was some ludicrous number, something like 3 holding calls all season)...the team that basically won a Monday night game in Dallas when an easy holding call on them was ignored on their first TD, THEN saw a potential game clinching first down by us wiped out by a phantom holding call on Flozelle Adams...THIS team is complaining about holding calls or ignored calls?

didnt happen when we played them at home on MNF earlier this yr...a holding call on them that was easy to see was ignored, and a game clinching first down for us was wiped out by a holding call on Adams that still doesnt show up on tape
