Who wins?

3 really good fights tonight.

Evan Tanner vs Kendall Grove

Diego Sanchez vs Luigi Fioravanti

Amir Sadolla vs CB Dolloway

I hope Amir wins just so they can get Jesse Taylor straightened out and have a real finale but I think CB is going to win.

Cant wait guys.

I heary ya ChldsPlay. The UFC has really been putting out some snoozers lately. They better step it up with the WEC making a push. WEC has the small guys who put on a really good show. UFC is still better than watching boxing IMO

Dana White needs to stop putting out so many UFC pay per views in a row. 2-3 per year tops. That way he can load the cards up with interesting match ups.

The only one thats been a snoozer was the Matt Hughes Pay Per View.

The event last night was free and pretty good.

BJ Penns Pay Per View was epic and UFC 87, Griffin vs Jackson, is going to be amazing.

:laugh2: the ufc owns the wec literally. wec is the minor leagues. that event last night was pretty lame. but i expected it to be. I just can't wait to see Rampage fight again. only 2-3 ppvs a year? that wouldsuck even worse than now. they make more money doing it the way they do it now. what they should do is take an idea from PRIDE and have a supershow the last saturday before the new year.

I couldn't watch the whole show. I hate Diego Sanchez so much. As soon as he won...I got up and turned the TV off. It sucks that he now has a stand up game as well as a ground game...Which means I'm going to have to watch him win more

Why not have 2 or 3 super shows per year. Instead of several with mediocre talent fighting the big names and everyone knows who is going to win. With the exception of the very few upsets.

I was thinking WEC and UFC has to have some kind of connection. Most of the refs in the WEC ref in the UFC. There has to be come sort of contract there. Dana White should bring the California Kid over to the UFC

Didn't get to see that fight or the Tanner fight...But when I turned off the TV pissed, It was half hearted because I knew I was still taping it with my DVR box :D. I'll get around to watching the rest of the show this week.

This years TUF was the first season I didn't watch...But I also have every ep of it tapped on DVR too :laugh2:

It's true that the UFC owns WEC but the Refs do not work for the UFC. They work for the athletic commissions so they ref every MMA show sanctioned by them. That's why you see the same UFC refs reffing the Elite XC shows.

AAAAHH learn something new every day. Thanks!!!

I enjoy MMA but I am not paying 50 bucks per ppv to see it.

I have been watching a lot of the free fights or replays and they are quite entertaining, definitely better than boxing to me.

The UFC needs to move to a larger audience type broadcasting method then the current UFC 8832838383 ppv model.

I thought CB was better than Amir but now it is all a mess with the re-fight.

If CB wins the show after losing what a pickle.

Some of this stuff seems wrestling-esque. Is Jesse Taylor really that big of an idiot or was that made for tv drama to set him up as the next UFC bad boy?

UFC doesnt have Urijah's Weight class and Faber has said he doesn't want to bulk up

Well the UFC needs to add the lower weight classes. They are much more exciting fights. The the speed of the stand up and the ground skill in those classes are just amazing

too long of a wait for me and the fighters. gotta keep it moving ya know? if some of you guys don't wanna order a ppv because it only looks like 1 or 2 fights is worth watching than don't order it. pm me the day after the fight and i'll give you a link to download it.

Ok then how bout lowering the cost of the PPV? I read a couple weeks ago that the UFC actually LOST money last year. I think that all goes to them pumping out sub-par PPV shows and charging a premium price. Don't get me wrong I LOVE MMA and the UFC in particular. I just think its getting a little wattered down. But thats just one mans opinion I guess ;-)
