Um tell me this isn't who I think it is...

Meh, so what. Drew was a decent guy who just lacked any sort of mobility at all. In his early years, his arm could carry his slow *** feet but later on it just wasn't enough.

I'll never forget that bomb to TG off the flea flicker against KC. That play was absolutely beautiful.

Speaking of TG. I'm dead serious when I say I would trade him a knee. Watching that guy was a treat and the passion he put on display towards the end was touching.

"NFL: Cowboys 13, 49ers 20 Highlights - 8/29
Highlights from the Cowboys 20-13 loss to the 49ers."

Missed the game, clicked on that and its the wrong game... First Dallas play it shows is a touchdown to TO.

Yeah, I guess it's preseason for the video vault guys too

You guys are giving Bledsoe a hard time and that's your right. I will however take this opportunity to tell you guys that Dallas was a kicker away from 12-4 and a first round bye in 2005. Poor kicking cost us the Washington Monday Night game, the Denver Thanksgiving game and the Seattle game. If we make the playoffs that year, who knows.

Yeah, we had really bad kicking because Jerry didnt want to spend on a kicker. Then when he got an expensive kicker, he got the wrong one. A little more money we could have got Vinatieri, but he didnt want to spend the extra cash for him.

Bledsoe was a good thing for us in his first year, he really just couldnt do it in year two. He was horrible. He couldn't get the ball to receivers, and thats the job. Offense just seemed so incapable and out of sorts.

I don't know why people are ragging Bledsoe, IMO, Tony has done little better with significantly better talent and if anyone were to rag Tony there fanhood is immediately put into question.

quite understood the haterade towards Bledsoe. He came in at a time when this franchise had absolutely ZERO credibility at the QB possition and made it, at least, a respectable one. Just because he wasn't an ALL PRO in Dallas, doesn't mean he didn't do a solid job, and he did just that.

He had a very underrated career in which people blame him for not winning a SB, but check out his numbers. He has better stats than alot of current HOFs ( including a SB ring ) and even some who some argue should be in the HOF.

If Adams never got injured that 1 year or we had a better back up than Torrin Tucker than we would of made a huge push..

Our Oline just didn't give him enough time and he couldn't buy any with his legs

Yeah, I think they were a tougher team than the one we have now. I'm still amazed they were able to win games with both Tucker and Pettiti. They had to be the worst set of tackles in the NFL. I don't think Torrin after played another down in the NFL after the Cowboys let him go. Petitti has bounced around the league at guard the last few years and is now set to play in the UFL.

I was watching something on NFL Network. They had highlights of a Drew Bledsoe vs Dan Marino game that occured in either his 1st or 2nd year. Back then, everyone pegged Bledsoe to be the next Marino, as in a Hall of Fame shoo in.

But the program suggested that Bledsoe was so good initially, and had dominated at every level so much, that he never learned how to take the game as serious as he should have. Meaning, he never prepared or did all the little things that he should have to reach his fullest potential.

I thought it was interesting to say the least. I personally had forgotten how good he was early in his career.

Ya that game was a shootout, they both had a lot of yards, and a lot of TD's.

I think it was 80+ points scored that day.
