I wouldn't be against picking him up if we lose Spears for a 1 year deal considering there will be no cap, he was once an elite pass-rusher, and if he can rekindle that fire add him with Ratliff, Ware, Spencer, Brooking, Igor and James, we may have the best front in the NFL.

He isn't a spears type DE, he would either have to put on weight to play DE in the 3-4 or switch to OLB

He's not a 3-4 end, he's too light. I don't know if he could even make the conversion to a 3-4 OLB. Besides, I like the way Spencer has been playing and we could spend the money more wisely on other positions.

If he only plays passing downs in a 4-3 there's no way he'd last in a 3-4, he's too small

I would much, much rather have Spencer (based on what he's done of late) than Umenyoria (based on what he's done of late).

Osi is a trainwreck against the run, and after the knee surgery he's really not that great of a pass rusher. He's basically a mouthier Kabeer Gbaja-Biamila

My how quickly that guys career seems to be falling after the loss of Strahan and that knee injury.

Osi is great friends with Ware...and fellow alums of Troy.

But he is a Giant so he can die like a dog

"What did I play, five snaps today?" Umenyiora said. "I don't know, I don't know what happened. I thought I was the problem." -Osi

When he said that he was rolling his eyes. If someone in Dallas did that they would get roasted by the media. The coverage on the Giants meltdown has been rather tame. There is more bashing of the Colts than the Giants right now.

I loved the ESPN story "Sunday was not a good day for the Mannings"

He's not even remotely close to what he was prior to his knee surgery. No thanks.

If we get him we will have 2/11 of Troy State's starting defense.
