As word that Romo and PacMan and McBriar and Felix and Newman were down, I knew that the Cowboys had key components out. It would play out as a weak effort (pity us) and Wade would get a weeklong pass on coaching.
Because, you see, if Wade cannot consistently win with this great array of players, he certainly could not win this week. No matter that it were the Rams.
The point is that Wade will underperform with a great team. And he will sink with lesser teams. All the time.
That baboon Terry Bradshaw nailed it. No inspired players.
And Moose confirmed it. No one is inspiring the team.
But, guys, maybe, for once, it should be the Michelin Man?
Wade's demeanor on the sidelines today was (1 Hand to the temple or (2 Vague discomfort, like a man who needed a prune/orange juice cocktail. Or some Texas-style chili to get a fire burning within.
Undercoaching/lack of fire in the belly was a constant. With injuries this team showed how much a team needs a HC.
Jerra, you are still da man. Do what needs to be done and let's get started with the future with Jason as HC.
