I think Jordan Willis is one of the most underrated guys in the draft. Got to be honest....if there is a run on DE's before of us in the draft it wouldn't surprise me to see him at 28. Got better every year, clean injury history unlike Takk, Watt, Lawson. He's also a team captain and RKG.

Cooper Kupp is my pet cat.

I'm with you on Willis. Would love to somehow see him get to #60 but I doubt he gets that far. He was productive, tested well and from everything I've read and heard is a high character guy. I'm warming up to taking him at #28 if a few other guys are aleady gone.

There is a lot to like about Willis. If you watch the right game or highlights he can look incredible and he has great measurable(s), but at other times he looks stiff and rigid in his movements.

Name: Hunter Dimick

School: Utah

Position fit: 4-3 defensive end

Stats to know: Led the nation with 83 total pressures.

What he does best:

  • An absolute ox. As strong as it gets for the position.
  • Above-average burst off line of scrimmage that can get offensive tackles thinking.
  • Devastating bull rush. Knows how to use his leverage. Always the low man.
  • Rarely came off the field. 906 snaps led all defensive linemen.
  • Line of scrimmage mover versus run.
  • Does a nice job of taking on pullers in the run game.
  • Go to move as pass-rusher is downward chop.
  • Had only two games in which he finished with less than two total pressures in 2016.

Desmond King for me

A little slower than you'd like, a little shorter than you want... but one hell of a football player. Physical, instinctive, great tackler, ball skills, intangibles, leadership, etc...

He may never be an All-Pro CB, but he's gonna be a key cog for some defense for a decade.

The kind of prospect that coaches and scouts are sure to be divided on.

When I read the title of your thread, Jordan Willis was who I was coming it to post. Good call.

Eddie Jackson and Kendell Beckwith are two that come to mind.

I like him also, do not think he is there for us at 60. Would swallow hard if he was the pick at 28.

All already mentioned above, but yeah Jordan Willis, Desmond King, and Aaron Jones all fit the bill for both pet cats and a little underrated for me.

Desmond King for sure; just seems like the kind of player you want on your team. I'm also a fan of Carlos Henderson (WR), Marcus Maye (S), and I'm intrigued by Carroll Phillips.

Love Marcus Maye

I saw a rumor floating around that we may consider him at 28. It'd be one of those picks where Mayock immediately says "I had a 3rd round grade on him...." but from a scheme fit standpoint Maye makes a lot of sense.

He's the most complete safety in this draft outside of Jamal Adams imo... just not overly flashy.

Agree here. Wherever he plays, he'll turn the ball over. Pure football guys like this succeed in the NFL.

Sounds intriguing, where does he project and what round would You take him?

Ryan Switzer, Bug Howard, Mack Hollins, Elijah Hood and T.J Logan....also Nazir Jones
