If death was good enough for home grown terrorist Timothy McVeigh then it is good enough for this slug.

If it's a crime worth life in prison for it should be deemed ethically responsible to just end his life.

Make it three! You and me and every other taxpayer are footing this guy's bill for the rest of his life. Three hots and a cot, an unlimited law library, and a bunch of other stuff to make his life comfortable. Not political, just fact! A bullet's a lot cheaper.

I'm not sure how you get comfortable and prison in the same sentence but to each their own.

If that were the case you would not see appeal after appeal after appeal.

That simply isn't true.

It's human nature to fight for your life. Very few people actually want to die so it's only natural that people, in general, try and put of being executed for as long as humanly possible.

True, he was willing to die when he put the bomb on himself. As far as I'm concerned he should be executed. However the notion that all people in prision would rather die than have life is not really the case. For some prison is a way of life for them they are more comfortable on the inside than out of prison. I know that concept seems strange but it is true

This is completely true as well.

Well there are people who have spent many year in prison and when they get out they don't fit in and many have no issue going back. It is a form of becoming Institutionalized. It may be hard for some to believe but it is true

As for apealing a case over and over it is to avoid being put to death. Your right human nature is to fight for your life, they are not wanting to die. They had no issue taking other lives but sure as hell are not looking forward to being put to death. One last thing these appeals are not going to set them free it most situation the best they can hope for is life in prision but they will take that over being put to death.

Little only 30 days but was around many heading to TDC and they had no problems with it. Myself, I would be terrified for many of them it is a way of life.

I also work in the court house complex at Harris County so I still see a lot of guys who are about to do some serious time and have done serious time in the past

I was just wondering. I see the same types of people and it's because I did a short stint in the county and saw the same guys just thrilled to go to TDC. Strangest thing ever.

Heck guards do not mess with them they just make sure they stay and outside of that gangs run the place you can get anything on the inside as you could on the outside. For some they are people of importance on the inside and nothing on the outside. Clearly not a life many of us would want to live but for some life on the outside or inside is not much different.

I know. What you're saying is scary. But that's how they view it, too. Exactly how some of them view it.

I agree. Even under the rules of war this man’s execution is warranted.
Terrorism is not war. This guy should be thrown in a hole and left to rot.
