If the Cowboys fall short (which is a probability for a long list of reasons), thousands of internet armchairs will hilariously think it means they are more qualified than MM.

Seriously, no matter how it was reported, does anyone seriously believe that McCarthy ever wanted Moore? That is about as believable as when Parcells claimed he was okay with signing TO

McCarthy played the role that Jerry dictated. Jerry wanted Kellen. For the sake of appearing unified, McCarthy went along with it until the circumstances allowed him the opportunity to influence his departure.

McCarthy wants his guys and that's the way it should be. How can you hold a HC accountable for the actions of assistants he didn't even hire.

The only coach a GM should ever hire is the HC.

I thought it was refreshing as many on here have been asking Moore to run the ball more. Remember the bomb at Jax when we should have ran the clock? 2nd and 2 in SF? Lots of examples folks

I actually find it refreshing that MM said what he did. There is nuthin wrong in telling the truth . I felt the same way. RUN THE BALL. Why are fans and media acting like KM is Don Shula or Don Coryell?Recall how much KM was criticized when he was here by the fans and media, but since he left, they suddenly think he's a great Coach. What changed?

The massive Disrespect and belittling that the fans and media is doing to MM is terrible. 105.3 the fan might be the worst of the bunch. The morning show, SHAN,RJ, AND BOOBIE BELT. BB is smug and condescending. He called Michael Lombardi "outdated" after his interview this morning which he defended what MM said. The local morning show radio guys on that channel are why Jerry is, in part, never held accountable. They feed the beast. They said KM has fresh ideas...yet what did he do with it? NUTHIN. Fresh ideas in itself, aren't always BETTER ideas. This game is simple and reinventing the wheel is not necessary. Keep it simple stupid. MM is doing whats been needed since he came here, FINALLY.

Why the vast majority of talking heads are just click bait trolling. Mentions we were 6th in pass attempts and something like 18th in ypc so it's not KM fault... I would expect an ex nfl player to have more common sense then that.

We could have been first in attempts but it's meaningless if the play calling isn't situational. KM run play calling was atrocious and generic. Basically what MM was saying its all about situational football. Having zeke run up the gut on first downs or even have him run outside is a complete waste of a down.

whats nuts is while KM was here, the media trashed him. The second he left they give him the Don Shula red Carpet treatment. They are truly seedy in the media.Anything 2 invent an agenda/narrative 2 get clicks.

Yeah I agree. If Moore had these fresh ideas why was he calling the same predictable plays. Always come back or curl routes. Same run plays. Of course some on here will say Moore was held back by the QB. Lol. It’s laughable to me that they will blame Dak. But they will.

I recall MM having a fit on the sidelines before and after that. He agrees with u. So do I. The media has amnesia suddenly.
