UNDISPUTED: Shannon calls Aaron Rodgers: "selfish, a liar, a clown"

Not true. The team and league knew he was not vaccinated. He went thru the same protocols as all other unvaccinated players.
He was not following all protocols and that’s why they’ll be fined and likely lose draft picks. Aaron Rodgers incriminated himself with pics at a Halloween party and not being masked.

  • Unvaccinated players must wear masks at all times in the facility. They cannot gather in groups larger than three players and on the road "are prohibited from congregating, visiting or mingling with individuals outside of the traveling party once they have arrived in the game city."
  • Unvaccinated individuals are subject to fines if they break COVID protocols. This can include anything from failing to wear a mask in the facility or going to an indoor concert or house party with more than 15 people.

Exactly! If this was a Cowboy, they wouldn't be getting a pass from the league. There'd be a suspension if it were a Cowboy. All I'm asking for is for the rules to be enforced all the way around. It can't be one rule for Aaron and one for everyone else. Last I checked, Aaron isn't the commissioner. He's a QB that happens to be in many commercials. The League needs to either enforce the rules to all the players or scrap the rules involving what happened with Rodgers. I don't care which one they pick, but they need to pick one and stick with it. Players like Kirk Cousins and Carson Wentz have followed the rules. Rodgers hasn't. If they let Rodgers off with a warning, then why should anyone else abide by the rules?

the only issue is with not wearing a mask in hte press conferences. but league knew it from week 1. it was a rule for sure but it was a stupid rule. being in a room 20 feet from vaccinated masked journalists and requiring the person being interviewed (that was already vetted as not having covid-he is checked every morning at 5 am) is a stupid rule. fine him for that fine but like I said they knew it from week 1. Hard to fine him 8 weeks in....they fine Ceedee every week for not wearing his socks high enough. an issue nobody notices.

says you and the rest of the haters club. If he was a Cowboy! Blah blah blah- Cowboys are Americas Team right? You think the league wants to penalize the Cowboys at every turn but turns a blind eye to others. It isnt true no matter how many times you post it to say it is.

I doubt the NFL teams even checked the paperwork any player submitted. One team’s person responsible for receiving the paperwork said she had no way to check if true or not. My guess is many players submitted fake paperwork.

I will bet the league and teams don’t want to know the answer either.
He’s been in the non-vaccinated protocol all year.

Well, we shall see if a Cowboys player is caught violating rules, won't we? I just want the rules equally enforced. Does that satisfy you? I listed QBs who have followed the rules. Why should Rodgers get to violate the rules? And before you say he has followed the rules, I posted a link that you never refuted in another thread of rules he potentially violated. As much as I joke about Wentz, at least he's been following the rules.

Here's the rules potentially violated again to save you the trouble of searching for the thread:

On Rodgers' end, he could also face a punishment if he was purposely disregarding COVID protocols. According to the protocols agreed to by the NFL and NFLPA, a player is generally fined $14,650 for a first offense, but if there are repeated offenses, they can be fined a total of one game-check. In the most serious of circumstances, a player could be suspended for up to four games for conduct detrimental to the team.

So did the Packers and/or Rodgers actually violate any rules? The simple answer seems to be yes

Since Rodgers is unvaccinated, he is supposed to be wearing a mask whenever one of his press conferences is held indoors at the team facility

Here is the actual rule from the NFL's covid protocol handbook: "All players and staff who are not fully vaccinated must wear masks (surgical masks are preferred; gaiters and masks with valves or vents are prohibited) at all times when inside the Club facilit

Rodgers has regularly been going maskless during his interviews, including back in August when he told the media that he was "immunized."
_______
Therefore, it appears that Rodgers has been violating rules specifically in the NFL Handbook that other players in his circumstances are following. As a result, he should be held to the same standard as far as rules, or they should get rid of the rule. So, the NFL new he was unvaccinated? That makes no difference! If anything, he should've been fined from the start like other players have. Again, not one rule for him and another for others.

Yes, that is true. I was referring to there probably being many players who just lied and submitted fake paperwork saying they were jabbed.

If there are other players that have done this as well, they should be punished too.

I sense a hidden agenda with this one.

Shannon and his cohort have been the king clowns all this season.

If Rodgers wants to join their clown car.....whatever. Impossible for him to match their clownage.

I finally found something I like about Rodgers.....he found out how fast his own kind could turn on him

They always come around to feast on their own kind......always.
