Dak isn't the issue. Does he need to improve, yes he does but he isn't finished with his second season yet and has plenty of room to grow.

This offense isn't built around Dak. The play calling isn't built around Dak. Sure they run read option at times but receivers are running deep routes like if Romo was still QB. I think Dak would benefit from a different offense, go to a quick passing game with the occasional deep routes. Short to immediate with run heavy

Some of us don't care for Shannon but he keeps it 100 all the time. (& I trust his evaluation of an NFL receiver)

I disagree with Shannon sometimes but only because he is a cowboys hater. But seems after the games he speaks real..... Until a couple days before the next game

This is a great video for Dez haters to enjoy. Tony Gonzalez made the best point in that you don't cut him you find a different way to use him, and let's stop acting like Dak is blameless. Dak is missing everyone WR on the team with bad passes.
Good points

Here's the rest. It's good. A very beneficial 15 minutes for anyone that truly cares to understand what's going on with Dak and Dez....

Dak is not throwing to the same #88 that Tony enjoyed...

Skip is triggered bout Dak... Lol.

Please don't label me as a Dez hater. I've been in Dez's camp for several years. The only thing I hate is losing. If we had more people in that coddled locker room that hate losing as much as I do, then perhaps we might have had the edge to win yesterday.

Dez is a shell of what some of us like to hang onto pre big paycheck. (which by the way he earned up to that point)... Moving him around, perhaps to a different position, is a nice idea but that doesn't change the cancerous personality of a person that obliterates the team environment. There is zero chance Dez adjusts to a lesser role on the team. Zero. Zilch. Nada.

Everyone is pouring on Dez today. Cowherd even said that Dez is overrated and has been in decline for at least two years. The Cowboys let him talk and now they are stuck with him. Sporting News had a snippet on his decline and the whole Wr corp needs to be rehaul. It is not like they are not saying the obvious.

It's time man... It's time to let him go.

Dez with Brady or Rodgers or Brees or even Wentz would be interesting to see should he be released and picked up by one of those teams.

I remember how washed Randy Moss was supposed to be in Oakland and then he landed with the GOAT and all of a sudden could play again.

Guess we'll see when he lands elsewhere with a different Coach (he has had major success previously under the possible old Coach); new OC (he has had major success under the potential ex-OC previously); and a new QB.

I think Dez can still be a serviceable receiver but he needs to grow up a bit. He was a major distraction for this team yesterday throwing his little fits. Be a real leader and go out and make plays that HELP your team succeed.

Like I said yesterday, Dez does himself no favors dropping balls, showing poor ball security, pouting or throwing a tantrum.

The Patriots will nab him. There's no doubt about that. I would be very interested in what Belichick could do to salvage any semblance of the old Dez. That guy isn't coming back to Dallas.

I don't let these people control my mind or tell me what to think or what I'm seeing.

They are putting on a show. They NEED to be controversial to keep the audience watching.
Its all part of the entertainment value. Take a stance and keep repeating it. A certain portion of your audience will agree with anything you say.

I listened to the Jeff Fruitcake on ESPN last night who included in his argument, "I played with two of the best in Peyton Manning and Aaron Rodgers, blah, blah, blah, horse snot, horse feathers, and more horse stuff......."

And I came away with the feeling either 1) the complainers here buy into his thinking, or 2) he reads this place.

Its like Cowlishaw talking about what the fans want.

Anybody see the news media doing any polls about what the fans want?
Anybody called you and asked Cowboy questions?
Anybody been stopped by some pollster on the street doing a Cowboys survey?

It all entertainment to grow their personality, and to garner viewers. It has no value in your real world.

If these kabobs told the truth they'd be saying, "If the fans ran things there would be a new QB, WR corps, TE, and a complete coaching staff. The organization would be in such disarray it would take three years to just get things organized enough to concentrate on the games!"

Its entertainment. Mental gymnastics. Garbage mentality at its finest.
