Antonio Bryant was not a mistake and we got all we could get for him.
And remember it was BP who decided that Jackson was no better then Julius or anyone else in that draft so blaming that one on Jerruh is not right. Actually Jackson has had injury problems so outside of his one monster year I do not know if we would have done any better.

Uhhh.. anyone who thinks that TO had any trade value whatsoever is losing their mind. Open your eyes.

Those feelings will subside, once the news breaks that Jerry has put us in position to snag Tebow!!!

Tebow doesn't catch the ball.

Miles is gonna need some help . . . . Oh, maybe RW will fill T.O.'s shoes . . . NOT

Antonio Bryant should still be on the roster. He would have developed into a star for us, instead we trade him for look ma ive got rock hands morgan.

Like Jerry said all the personnel decisions come through him. Every cowboy fan and their mother wanted SJ. And he wanted to be a cowboy so bad.

Jackson is two years younger than Jones, and didn't have marion barber backing him up..

Jackson numbers
- 69 games
- 5291 yards rushing
- 37 rushing tds
- 1965 yards receiving
- 7 receiving touchdowns

jones numbers
- 68 games
- 4182 yards rushing
- 20 touchdowns
- 738 yards receiving
- 0 receiving touchdowns

yeah they're the same guy, my bad

i dont know about your big world, but in my little world t.o. was ranked 13th in receiving yards, and 5th in receiving touchdowns in the nfl last year despite having a down year in a bad system...

T.O. will probably end up going to Tampa Bay, thats where all of our receivers go when they decide they want to dominate the nfl...

I'm trying to think where does this rank in dumb moves jerry jones has made? I think its #2

1. Not drafting Randy Moss
2. Releasing Terrell Owens (right after signing him to a huge contract extension)
3. Not picking up Randy Moss in free agency
4. Trading two first round draft picks for Joey Galloway
5. Drafting Julius Jones instead of Stephen Jackson
6. Trading Antonio Bryant for Quincy Morgan

I don't see the Papa Johns commercial where he's dancing in your list. I'd put that one pretty darn high.

Antonio Bryant has been let go by HOW MANY TEAMS Galian?
Maybe not in the TO class of trouble but he certainly went to the same school with a different major in STUPID.
Take out his one monster year and he really -outside of the receiving which certainly makes him better- he really has not been worlds better then Julius. They both have the same years in the league and while Jackson is younger he also had more carries in college and its more mileage on the wheels that matter with RBs.

SO? Look at TO's year to year totals and Bryant was just about as big a headache for multiple teams.

AB...Lol..

You mean the same guy that got arrested for reckless driving, DUI, and resisting arrest in 2006?
Then he failed a drug test over the summer in 2007.

He is a stud now but it took him 6 years to grow up. We weren't going to wait 6 years for him.

Unless we get Crabtree with the first round draft pick that we didn't get from trading Terrell Owens, you can officially count me out of the Jerry Jones fan club.

Dude u need to calm down and get a hold of yourself. TO is 35 and declining. With that, he would just become more and more of a lockerroom distraction. Factor in all of his crucial drops and this move is fine. He was hindering Romo's development as a QB. I'd rather Romo be able to pass it to Witten 100 straight times if it led to productive drives, and I think the remaining guys would not mind that either. TO was a distraction and unfortunately all of his drops kinda made it hard to really justify a lot of his "reasoning".
