One of the things that really hit home with me as I look at the Dallas Cowboys roster is that it it filled with unlikely contributors. It all begins with Tony Romo, an UDFA. Whoever you credit with picking him up off the scrap heap after draft day needs to be well rewarded. The roster seems to have an inordinate number of contributors that were UDFA or late round players that are substantial contributors, or should challenge for playing time.
