I'm guessing not. But if every player who did it was suspended, there'd be 16 teams worth of players.

He admitted himself in a recent tweet that he hasn’t been perfect, so we he hasn’t necessarily abided by the rules set forth.

I doubt the league is blackballing Randy Gregory. He’s never been an integral player for us.

Aldon Smith being reinstated undercuts that theory by itself.

How do you know they have not? They don't make public comments regarding a player's suspension. It's possible Randy didn't like or disagreed with what he's heard IMO.
