Not that I’m an athlete, but I had a meniscus repair surgery last year. Had to be on crutches for 6 weeks to allow it to heal. During that time the atrophy of the leg was visible with the naked eye. Took me a year to feel normal again. Even if he can get back in half that time, its a bigger deal than most realize

Huge bummer about Kneeland. Even if it's a fingers crossed lucky break minor injury I still expect him to miss a few games and it may linger for a bit.

Meniscus can take quite a while to rehab though. So he's going to be out for a good while.

No, I have not. He talked smack. I get it, but if he can still play, why not give him a call and see what comes out of it? Our defense is in dire straits with our starting DEs out with injuries. Would you rather pick up some scrub who can't help?

I believe it's because Randy Gregory is in the middle of a $500k+ lawsuit against the NFL. He very likely wants to play but this lawsuit might be keeping him from doing so unless the NFL works something out with him.
