You know..the old OHEGP of the DC designation.

This will be a new title created by Jones and the rest of the NFL will spend the next 3 years and countless attorney's fees along with the NFLPA, trying to figure out what it means and whether Garrett can be interviewed for another HC position DTR.

Each time a team inquires, we'll get a better definition of what Garrett's responsibilities are as OHEGP from Jones..

..and Jerry will say 'no' to each request because the Cowboys will claim a move to being HC is a lateral or backward move..compared to the OHEGP designation..

..against league rules.

After 3 years of this..Garrett will be stripped of his designation and hired as HC and Wes Phillips will then be the next OHEGP.

Makes sense to me.
