Were seriously goingto miss out on Peterson AND the playoffs, huh.

Ill say we lose the Colts game and maybe 1 to Philly.

Ill say we pick #11 so anytime they do a draft thing on ESPN we just miss out on being included in the package

Question, what do think the Cowboys record will be at the end of the season.

This has nothing to do with where they'll be slotted for the draft either, I'm just curious.

I think they end up at best, 6-10, at worst, 5-11. Yes, I think it will be that close.

And with the 9th overall pick in the draft...the dallas cowboys painfully select, OT Nate Solder. Not sexy but probably the best tackle in the draft in an overall weak class. But the kid is 6'9 300, Hotel Version 2.0

That would be awful.

He's nothing like Hotel.

I'd trade down. Even if it means dropping to the 20s. While this draft lacks the elite prospects at tackle, it is a deep position, where very little seperates the top prospect from the 4th or 5th best prospect. There's a good chance that more tackles go in the first 2 rounds this year, than last year's draft (6).

On top of that, this draft has several 3-4 D-lineman who will be a better value in the late teens/early twenties.

I say 5-11 which I predict will be good (or bad enough) to land us a top 10 pick.

The last 2 wins probably put us out of reach for Peterson, but we should still have our pick of the top O-Lineman, Amukamara, or maybe even Ingram

I hate to be a guy with sources but my USC guy says the Cowboys have been inquiring a lot about Tyron Smith. More than the normal amount in his words. I do know that Cowboy scouts were at the last USC game (could have been there scouting Oregon State players as well).

I'm just saying....

The only 3 5-11 years we ever have had are Campo years. 4-12 or 6-10, but please no 5-11.

I think 6-10 is reachable. I think we could even hit 7-9.
