51. Patrick Chung SS Oregon (49)
69. Mike Thomas WR Arizona(82)
97. Lawerence Sidbury DE Richmond (109)
113. David Bruton FS Nortre Damn (121)
148. Jason Williams OLB Western Illinois (156)
158. Samie Lee Hill DT Stillman(169)
184. Joel Bell OT Furman (192)
193. Phillip Hunt DE Houston (198)
210. Kevin Olgetree WR Virgina (227)

With the recent cuts I decided to focus more on the position that we cut. I was going to put to DT in but decided against it. I am fully expecting Ratliff to make the move to DE next season or for the cowboys to be content with Bowen/Hatcher combo either way a DT is a bit of an eed.

Very good mock.

Depending if other players were available, I can live with Patrick Chung.

I really like Mike Thomas, David Bruton, and Sammie Lee Hill.

Sidbury (6-3/266) would be an OLB on our defense. Same for Phillip Hunt (6-1/266), so with Jason Williams we'd be adding 3 OLB's. Unless you see Williams as an ILB for us?

WIlliams would be ILB Hunt could play both spots and Sidbury would be outside for us.

Not bad.

On a side note; I have a pretty strong feeling now that our 1st pick will not be #51. But tht wouldn't affect a mock in early March.

I'd swap #69 with 97...but overall I could live with it..Sidbury is my pet cat.

Still would rather have Delmas though...

Sidburry will raise and WR will fall. However I just tried to place them accordingly to where their draft ranking was.

Ya that's why I like Sidbury in the top of the 3rd because he simply won't be there in the 4th.

Wouldn't be that thrilled with Thomas or Bruton, but I like the rest.

In theory (I'm tempted to do it myself) drafting a WR early seems like the logical choice now but I just don't see it. I don't think your going to see Dallas sniff a WR until the 4th or 5th unless one drops significantly to #51

Those comments that were made about Scandrick also has me seriously doubting a S pick early. This draft may shape up as OL, DL and LB dominated.

Replace Levitre with Eric Wood and I can definitely live with the first 6 players in your sig mock.

I saw that too, but it was not clear if Newman was just throwing crap up against the wall. How would he know what the coaches are planning for 2010? Hell, Jerry doesn't even know what he's doing from week to week.

Not to mention Hamlin at SS is just plain scary.
