You know what gripes me? Where we sit right now we couldn't pull the Broncos 2 1st rounders for ours because it only moves them up 1 spot.

Things are shaping out. 2 weeks to go. Didn't get my web site up and running as I hoped.

This is early but unless Green Bay pulls a miracle, it's accurate. What a snoozer.

T8. Titans, 4-10, .509

i think a 9-7 record will put around the 17-18th pick....

ERRRRRRRR...not what I was hoping for! At least we are in the running for one of the top OT's...and who knows maybe Cutler...which I'm starting to want more and more. Strong armed, accurate, pocket passer with some mobility....

You guys are more educated than I am at the draft but a question - What QB could we get around the 18-21 spot this offseason?

These are the top ten QBs that supposedly have the most potential for NFL teams. In no particular order......Brad Smith is a probably the best QB not playing for the BCS Nat'l Championship.

Vince Young,Texas
Matt Leinart, USC
Jay Cutler, Vanderbilt
Omar Jacobs, Bowling Green
Drew Stanton, Michigan State
Brodie Croyle, Alabama
Barrick Nealy, Texas State
Reggie McNeal, Texas A&M
Darrell Hackney, UAB
Brad Smith, Missouri

Vince Young has been on record that he will go back to TX for his senior season.... So I wouldn't count him in this list

Has anybody looked at what the level of quality prospects there is from the 15-25 pick range?

I still say we should trade our first-rounder this year to a team like Houston or San Francisco for their first next year and a third or fourth pick this year. Then, we use our two first-rounders to trade up to pick Quinn.

What website are you speaking of Hos?
http://nfldrafttracker.com/

That is a template I am considering using. I am leaning towards another at the moment.

The site will track the draft order and offer player profiles, statistical info, team draft needs, and will host regular Mock Drafts.

If I can finish it that is.

Yeah, I think 17-18 is about right.

But, I don't think there's any way BP will draft a QB in the 1st round. In fact, I'd be shocked if we take one on day one. Bill is only going to be around another year or two and I'm sure he's not going to want to "waste" a valuable early pick on a QB who won't contribute immediately.

Problem is, that's the argument EVERY year and every year we keep wasting seasons with old thirtysomething (or 40-something) QB's who you can't build around.

I'd be shocked as well unless one falls to round 2 or 3 that we have our eye on.

I think we're looking at OL, LB and FS on day 1.

How far the mighty Cowboys have fallen! They were in 22nd place last week.

Looks good, Hos.

I'll be sure to bless it with my presence.

After all, I am the resident draft guru. ;)

I really like the kid from Vandy, but let's face it...no way in heaven or hell we're going to use a first round pick on a QB.

Heck, I'd be thrilled if we even used a 4th like Chicago used on Kyle Orton, who by the way, despite his struggles, has been a part of Chicago's winning streak and is now so far ahead of Romo and Henson on the NFL learning curve it's ridiculous.

Thanks.

Thought I'd make a new one to commemorate my 3,000th.

But WG is already giving me hell about it. :(
Something about being too wide. :D
I'm trying to appeal to the authorities as we speak. :)
Your thoughts?

I figure it's so thin that it's hardly as imposing as some sigs within the limits.
