Updated cap numbers after Cooks contract restructure.

$16 mil cap space.
$48 mil projected for 2024.

Not sure what the draft picks projected amount is. However, they have the $10-? million from Zeke's release to work with for that. After June 1st if they wait to sign them.
So they still have some money to work with now. But will they?
I think if nothing happens in the next week, other than a few lower level deals. It will be after the draft, Mid may or so before we may see one of those DT's being signed.
We really need to address DT, otherwise a very solid and surprising off season so far!

They talked about bringing back Dante Fowler, so 1 or 2 of those signings probably does it for spending knowing they'll want to carry some into the season.

Yes, I do not see anymore restructures at this time, nor contract extensions.
Agree, will not be any action or very little until after the draft. Unless it is for Hankins.
I am happy they got out there and got some descent players at a descent deal. Didn’t get ripped..

For some reason I thought we had already signed Fowler. He played well last season so he will likely want mo money.

I think the way the market has played out, he can be had for a deal similiar to last year's.
But we like and overpay our guys , so who knows ?

There really isn't much room as far as more restructures....could add a few million here and there but at this point there doesn't really seem to be a need, with $17-19m in space and another 10m coming we have plenty of room. As it stands, take out the 5m for rookie pool and there is still $22-24m. Would like to see a true NT if there is one out there added, but we are pretty much ready for the draft. I would not be surprised to see us try to get one of our own future big free agents to sign early for a bit of a discount.

Cowboys currently sit 30.3 million under the cap. That includes the Zeke savings (10.8 million) but those funds can’t be utilized until after June 1. So until then the team has 19.5 million to work with. 10th most cap space in the league.

There is still high interest in Wagner according to reports. Quinn must think Wagner or LVE can play some outside. Considering the main competition for his services are Seattle and Detroit, I think there’s a good chance he decides to play here. Definite 1 or 2 year deal. If he wants more years, he probably ends up elsewhere.

Haven’t heard anything about the three guys scheduled to visit yesterday. They are probably completing their visits today which will conclude with contract proposals.

Where are you seeing high interest? Sounded like Broadus said the opposite...
