Well technically since it's a fan voted award they all get it by Joe fans mass voting.. Aint no thang.. Pollard had a great game.. If I had voted I probably would have voted for Henry too.. but I am on record many times as favoring steady consistent production over flash and dash..
I have nothing against either running back. But if I’m voting without any bias, I’m going with the three touchdowns

That steady, slow, production we had in the first six weeks is what kept us alive.

Zeke is definitely underrated.

Zeke has been playing when they're expecting him to run. Someone earlier wrote that Pollard is getting tougher carries. And it's just not true.

Updates from the mother ship

Zeke has a good chance to play against GB, as well, Kearse and Hooker.

Tony Pollard wins ground player of the week award, and well deserved.
Long season and rest was well deserved, will be a healthy team coming out of the bye.
Packer ville should start discounting cheese heads now, before they are totally worthless.
Arod will either want to be retired or strongly consider it after the pain that is coming his way.
Should be the game of the week.

Baloney. Pollard was the man and rightfully so.
Was a beautiful experience watching Pollards break out game, and when Zeke comes back week 10 this backfield becomes totally unpredictable, lets chew on that fat for a bit.

Pollard has an extra gear, one that Zeke never had.
Zeke is still a valuable wort hog that can do some dirty work, might be overpayed but who should really care at this point.
Both of these RBs playing together behind this improving OL is something special right now.
They can both co-exist and benefit greatly from each other.

I didn't even bother to read that thread. I knew it was a clear example of somebody trying to justify their own biases through twisting the facts. Not even worth my time. Anybody who watches our games can see that Zeke does the dirty work in our ground game.
