I think your right. Thats what made Dat Nguyen such an effective yet unspectacular linebacker. He did not possess all of the raw physical skills that superstar linebackers have, but he had all the mental capacity and more.

He anticipated where the ball was going to be, so he didn't have to play catch-up to be in position to make the play.

6'4 258 is clinically obese dude. When you look at Urlachers pic, he has no neck. Plus, he shouldn't be able to chase down 200-210 lb running backs. It should be a physical impossibility.
