Pebble Beach kicked some butt this week. Congratulations to McDowell as the US Open winner otherwise known as last man standing.
Have you ever not allowed someone to hate soccer?Arch Stanton;3438414 said:I play golf, played soccer, [it's really football ], played cricket and played rugby. Where do I fit? Am I arrogant and crude or am 1 standing at the 19th Hole?
IMO Pebble Beach is the finest golf course in the US on the PGA tour. A real test of golfing skill.

Hope he can keep it going through the back nine.

Now all we need to do is win the World Cup & we can stop hearing about 1966 as well .
PS Hos, I don't mind if you hate football/soccer perhaps that's because I play golf too

Win the World Cup???? Are you kidding me???? Not a chance.

If he were an Olympian he would be in the British team
As for the World Cup, I'm afraid to say I think you're right.

UKCowboysFan;3441499 said:It is indeed, but they are one team. As they used to be in the Ryder Cup.
Arch Stanton;3441594 said:Thanks. So NI are separate from GB.

I can't even begin to tell you how thrilled I am that Tom Watson, pure class, made the cut at 60.
I hope Tiger makes a run at it to add tot he excitement. I will be pulling for Lefty, but I like Johnson's game on this course.
Yes and yes.CanadianCowboysFan;3441855 said:You will watch golf on tv but hate soccer?
