Yea but Jamaicans just test positive because they don't have as much sophistication as other countries in their drugs. I don't even care if Bolt is doing PEDs, because he can evade the tests, then I know other athletes are as well. That still means he's far and away the most dominant sprinter on the planet.

No to me it means that if he is taking PEDs it gives him enough boost to make the difference between shattering records then if he is not on them probably running more like the rest of the sprinters.
