One of the NFL Network’s best hires and best features is former league player Brian Baldinger. The former Cowboys, Colts and Eagles offensive lineman is able to articulate the plays he breaks down with precision and intensity, making the experience a welcome one for fans.

After Dallas eviscerated the New York Giants’ defense on Sunday, Baldinger took aim at the man who orchestrated it all, new offensive coordinator Kellen Moore.

First he breaks down the pre-snap motion that had the Giants defenders confused as to where to go before a succesful third-down screen to Ezekiel Elliott. Baldinger described it just as we did in our takeaways, beautiful window dressing.

.@dallascowboys OC, Kellen Moore, looked like a high school kid calling plays for the #Cowboys yesterday, but the “boy wonder” knew exactly what he was doing and @dak was the commander in chief of a good looking offense. #BaldysBreakdowns pic.twitter.com/OdtqRSaNvf

Next, he dissects quarterback Dak Prescott’s huge success with play-action passing. The Cowboys ran play fakes on 47 percent of their throws Sunday. According to WFAA’s Daniel Hudson, Dallas only ran play action on 25% of their dropbacks in 2018, with the Los Angeles Rams setting the league standard at 36%.

.@dallascowboys @dak my favorite part of watching #Dak play is in the tiniest of details. So thorough in his signaling to his ball mechanics to his ball fakes; and the result is the easiest TD pass he has ever made. #BaldysBreakdowns pic.twitter.com/wo3N0JWGRy

Finally, Baldinger highlights a run-pass-option (RPO) where even right guard Zack Martin was fooled by how well it was executed. Prescott found Randall Cobb for the first-down gain.

.@dallascowboys @dak what is making him more excited. The blockbuster contract coming his way soon, or the new OC, Kellen Moore. Gotta go back to Norv to see a coach design offense like this. #BaldysBreakdowns pic.twitter.com/2NFz92yc3Y
