Fleming appeared in 14 games for the Cowboys last season. The quality depth Dallas built up along its offensive line paid dividends as reserves like Fleming, Joe Looney, and Xavier Su’a-Filo all stepped into the starting lineup at various points in 2018. With Looney and now Fleming both brought back , all three players will again be with the Cowboys this season.

Along with FB Jamize Olawale, Fleming is the second internal free agent the Cowboys have signed today. The team has yet to sign an external free agent, apart from developmental TE prospect Codey McElroy.
