While the work on the field is ramping up for the team, the scouting portion of the organization is working on, well, organization.The shuffle of scouts has been finalized for the Dallas Cowboys and their 2019 campaign.
According to NFL Network’s Jane Slater, two moves have been made in response to the recent comings and goings in the department.

Midwest scout Ross Wuensche has been moved to the west coast position, vacated when Jim Abrams left to work for the Oakland Raiders scouting department last month.
Wuensche began his scouting career as a scouting intern for the Cowboys back in July of 2012. After working as an intern for just 10 months he was awarded a full time scouting position with the Cowboys.
The Cowboys hired former Broncos scout Kelin Kubiak on May 30. This move will allow Kubiak to take Wuensche’s place as Dallas’ midwest scout. Kubiak is the son of former NFL QB and head coach Gary Kubiak.
