The Dallas Cowboys were already feeling good about their offensive and defensive performances in the preseason dress rehearsal against the Texans. Then the special teams decided to get involved and create their own magic.
Backup linebacker Joe Thomas was able to get around the edge untouched after the defense forced a three and out. Not only was he able to block the punt, but he also was able to eventually secure the ball in the end zone to provide the Cowboys with another score.
