Took my 17 year old son to see Van Halen at the AA center last night and the old guys can still bring it. Great, great concert.

He did a couple kicks, I think I pulled a hammy just watching him. He can still twirl the mike stand pretty good, of course Eddie is the reason to go. The guitar solo was amazing. My son is a guitar player and the smile on his face was worth the money I spent and then some. I didn't think it was going to be as good a concert as it was since Dave seems to irritate me for some reason but he actually put on a hell of a show.

I just watched that video. I heard a few years ago Dave was going to do some kind of bluegrass music but I thought it was a joke. Is it a joke? Please tell me that was a joke.

The album is called Strummin' With The Devil, bluegrass versions of Van Halen songs. He put it out, but I think there were other 'artists' on the album.

I used to listen to his morning talk show when it was on. A bit weird, but not as bad as everyone made it out to be.
I'd rather hear that than friggin' Opie and Anthony.
