Vander jurk reaction?

I know alot of you including myself were ready to throw the ax at Mike. A few days have passed and reflecting he didn't seem to be too troubled by what happened. His injury has kept him from getting the work he needed and seemed to blow it off as if it was easyly corrected. Is he just a good salesman and scared by what happened or was it no big deal?

I think he was disappointed that he let his new team down, but he has had poor training camps and preseasons before and they have never followed him into the regular season. So I think when your the most accurated kicker in nfl history you can still feel pretty good about yourself and your prospects.
