Various Post Game Thoughts

Interesting game for defense. Fantastic on turnovers but gave up a lot through the air to Eli. I'm hopeful that there will be some growth in Kiffin's scheme. I know for past teams there has been growth from beginning of the season to the end for Kiffin coached teams.

I like Murray, but I would never hand him a big contract. He is another Barber. Vision is just ok. And he really looks for contact even when he doesn't need to. He runs hard; I'll give him that.

Romo, I can't be too hard on. Take that Terrene Williams play away and the game looks a little different. He played small ball tonight and did it well. He didn't try to do too much.

We could have a good OL. Hopefully Waters has something left, because if he plays well, we'll have something.

Disappointed in Claiborne. We need more out of him, like some big plays.

I worry about the secondary. Claiborne looked dicey, Scandrick looked like Scandrick and Safety is still an issue against the pass. In some ways the D only has itself to blame for forcing them to shelve the running game though

I think we need JJ Wilcox to step up sooner rather than later.

Will Allen scares the begesus out of me in coverage. I think Wilcox will be the starter in the next couple of weeks and this defense will take another step up.

Nick Hayden and George Selvie played a heck of a game. Those guys will be quality depth when we get our starters back.

Sean Lee and Bruce Carter are very good....heart of the defense.

I think Terrence Williams will grow from the game. It was obvious that the bright lights and the magnitude of the game were too much. He will get it...

Its a matter of time before Justin Durant sits for Holloman...

Morris Claiborne needs to start picking it up...this is not what we expected from a #6 pick.

Can you imagine this team if it gets healthy?

Murray scares me. He runs like a champ, but you know that he can't keep running like that and stay healthy in this league. Witten and Austin had great games. I feel bad for Dez cause I know he was working hard out there, but you can't pass it to covered receivers and he was doubled all night.
