It will be interesting if he signs that tender right away. Way to much for him and if he doesn't sign the tender I could see them rescind the offer at some point in free agency.

Teams like Jacksonville and Tennessee have like $60-$70M in cap space. Even the Giants have over $50M in cap space. The Bucs have tons of cap room. These teams can easily fit players like Vernon onto their teams. It all depends on whether nor not they want to spend the money.

Dallas isn't one of those teams.

Exactly. As good of shape as Dallas is in, plenty of teams with similar needs are in even better shape.
