My vote would be for Linderbaum or Fortner, both smart players. Fortner has an advanced engineering degree, can play guard, has the frame to get stronger, and made the line calls.

That was actually the opening topic in the first 15 minutes of this video. Like Eatman says you don't want dumb centers.

IMO, Biaz problems were anchoring.
Two questions for the group.
1) Is there a strength and conditioning coach that can get him the anchor strength needed for the position or is this a physical limitation of Biaz ?
2) Does no one think Farinok is competition for him?

I am just curious as to what the board thinks.....

He went to Wisconsin which has one of the best weight training programs in college football. Not much below the pro level. I really doubt that he is going to get any better there after two years in the NFL

I think it's especially important at OC but yes in general a high football IQ is a plus.

1st, I assumed I was discussing sports with another grown man. Had no idea there would be such sensitivity to some innocent ball busting.
