Some may feel that the NYG are a cakewalk and powder puff of an opponent but I disagree. Any division opponent is a dangerous animal. Especially one with nothing to lose.
But that's not the real important part of this, the need to establish a new habit is, road winning.
The Cowboys won their last road game, have this one and close out against the Eagles. Winning on the road is as much mental as physical.
The odds are that if they win the opening weekend, they will have to go on the road for the division and conference championship games, most likely to GB or TB.
I know there is a lot of apprehension here about GB in GB and I said earlier in the year I wanted GB and that hasn't changed and I don't care where we play them, I want the Cowboys to be the team that knocks them and that arrogant weasel out of the playoffs and I'd like that to be his last game as a Packer. And I don't mind if he finishes that game on the sideline with his usual sour look because some bad ole DL tackled him too hard.
I do think the next two games help get the Cowboys road ready.
