Travis Frederick - Age 22 - C *Great/Super Star Potential*
Joseph Randle - Age 22 - RB *Quality Depth/Change of Pace Potential*
Gavin Escobar - Age 23 - TE *Quality Starter Potential*
Tyron Smith - Age 23 - LT *Great/Super Star Potential*
Cole Beasely - Age 24 - WR *Quality Starter Potential*
Lance Dunbar - Age 24 - RB *Quality Depth/Change of Pace Potential* *IF HEALTHY*
Terrance Williams - Age 24 - WR *Good/Very Good Potential*
Dez Bryant - Age 25 - WR *Great/Super Star Potential*
Dan Bailey - Age 26 - K *Great/Super Star Potential*

I'm loving our talented youth on offense, and they're only going to get better! Dez Bryant? Top 5 WR. Terrance Williams? One of the best rookie WRs last year. Travis Frederick? One of the best Centers last year, and he's a rookie! Tyron Smith? Same as Frederick, he's going to be a cornerstone of our line for years! Dan Bailey? He's one of the most reliable kickers in the NFL, glad he's a Cowboy.

Cole Beasely? Didn't get as much PT but when he did he shined! Very reliable in tough downs/situations. Gavin Escobar? Showed flashes last year and he still has time to develop with Witten ahead of him, he has the potential to become a quality starter. Joseph Randle? Took over when Murray went down, wasn't exactly explosive but hopefully he can become quality depth for us. Lance Dunbar? He looked very explosive when he was in, sadly he suffered a major injury. Hopefully he can come back where he left off, because he definitely was looking like a great change of pace back.

I don't know about you guys, but when I see the weapons we have and how young they are, I'm ecstatic about the upcoming seasons! Anyone else feel the same?

hard not to get excited, I am hoping Linehan can fine tune its direction because i had faith Callahan would pull the line together, and he did a great job. The defense hurt the team overall, but i wasnt overall excited with the offense yet. I am hoping it changes.

Good because theyre going to have to carry the team next season. The good news is if the above players continue to take positive steps forward this will be one of the best offenses in the league. I would still like to see a veteran receiver added, along with a guard though.

Terrance Williams is the one I'm lookin forward to seeing back on the field. They shoulda kept lettin Austin ride the bench last year, seemed like they tried to work him in and it stymied the good thing Romo and Williams had goin.

I think a young vet like Danario Alexander would be a very good addition.

He's got a different skill set then what we already have and has the youth/talent and speed.

Only problem is the main piece romo is not very young. Its hard to find a decent qb and it could be years after hes gone until dallas does get another good one.

Dallas had this last year........Only to be stifled via coaching. Third downs killed them.

I wanna be excited................

Why wasn't the 26 year old and very talented DeMarco Murray included in this?

He's talented no doubt, but this is his last year on his current contract with us. With his constant string of past injuries and the fact that RB's have a very short shelf life, I honestly don't think he's with us after next year. I mean it's the same reason I didn't put Tony Romo or Jason Witten, because they're not here for the long run (due to age) and they're both at the ending point of their careers.

Only problem is the main piece romo is not very young. Its hard to find a decent qb and it could be years after hes gone until dallas does get another good one.

Hopefully we'll be grooming a QB soon, because Romo probably only has 3-4 years left with us at maximum, and that's probably even pushing it. With our current young players on offense, we're set up for years to come if we can draft a decent QB, but you know how that goes ...

I truly believe we had a playoff caliber offense last year, and I think we would've made it to the post season had our defense been middle of the road or better. The only thing we really struggled with offensively (aside from overall pass/run balance) was 3rd down conversions. Hopefully Linehan can help with that.

Miles being gone shouldn't hurt much, considering his production was already replaced this past season by Williams and co. And all those youngsters mentioned in the OP should only get better.

Our fate in 2014 is going to hinge on how Romo comes back from this surgery, and what the FO can do about this defense.

Rookies that play well, are all categorized in the Great Super Star Potential lot.
