Yeah, and Jerry is encouraged that we played both Superbowl teams on the road, had one essentially beat and gave it away, while we took the other to overtime and lost on a mental error.

Yes, we are the best team to not make the playoffs, and we are the front runner to be the same next year.

I am torn on the NFC Championship game.

On the one hand, I loved watching the Eagles choke away another NFC title game. Reid and McNabb have now lost 4 out of 5 NFC title games and the one time they did win, they lost in the SB.........Chokers!!!!

On the other hand, there is no way in hell that the Steelers are going to lose to the Cardinals or that the referees will allow the Steelers to lose to the Cardinals.

If you dont think the Zebras are in the tank for Rooney and his team, just go ask Seattle about it.

So the Eagles losing all but guaranteed that the Steelers are going to be the first franchise to 6 Lombardis. At that point they will universally be promoted as the best franchise of all-time.............cant wait.

I'm not sold getting rid of Garret will be a positive. We need him to mature as he enters his third year as OC. He's shown glimpses of being a quality OC ... he just needs to be consistent.

He also needs to reign in his super stars. That's a great first step.
