Geez give the poster a break about the 72 degree wet ball comment! You would think sometimes that Aikman walked on water around here, good grief.

Could very well have been Aikman's best game of his career.

That '92 NFC Championship game was a very good game for Troy. However, the '94 NFC Championship that Dallas lost to SF was a game where he and Irvin showed a ton of heart almost coming back from a big deficit in San Francisco.

Was very wet overnight, but is bright & sunny at the moment.

Met Orlando Scandrick & Bryan Broaddus last night & both said that the field was ok yesterday.

You mean like the '92 Championship Game?

It's kind of ironic that two of Troy Aikman's best games came at Candlestick Park in rainy/wet conditions. 1992 and 1994 Championship games.

He was not a very good "bad" weather quarterback but he played great in those two games.

He's a better QB than Aikman in every way except luck & timing of his career.

Aikman could never function under the regime Tony has or the OL and defenses hes been given .

As much as I like Troy Aikman, he would not have been very successful playing on most of the teams Romo has played for. For most of Aikman's glory years (1991-1996) he had a top 5 defense, the best offensive line in football, the best running game, great receivers and really good head coach and assistant coaches. Aikman himself has admitted as much.

I really dislike the conditions but at least it'll be the same muddy slop for both teams. Can't help but wish it weren't so. I'm guessing we'll start out running a lot to minimize the risk on Romo. Here's hoping he emerges from this game as fit as he'll be when he starts.

They're just not a franchise that historically you think QB. I could be wrong. Not like the Packers and 49ers and Steelers and us.

I really liked Jake the snake, Plunket wasn't too shabby...Oh yeah, the mad bomber too (DL)!
