I'm glad you're not in charge.

adbutcher;3178107 said:Refs were there to make the call. I came to the realization a long time ago that we will have overcome the bias refs in order to be successful. If there is a call to be made against the Cowboys it will be made against the opposition not so much.

Sarge;3178169 said:Exactly. Retaliation on the field is pure stupidity. An eye for an eye does NOT work on the field and you are 100% correct - we are trying to AVOID stupid penalties, big lead or not. It's a no-brainer.
Doomsday101;3178133 said:True. I was PO'ed they missed the call I don't see where making things worse for the team by losing control and as you said looking at 15 yards a possible ejection and or suspension as well as the player getting fined makes up for the bad call.
Jon88;3178132 said:That's true. I really don't understand it because we don't have dirty players besides Flozell on occasion. If we don't play every play perfectly we're getting a flag. The refs look the other way every game when it comes to the other team.
adbutcher;3178191 said:You are for or against the Star and I won't be surprised if the majority of the refs are against the Star.
Side note, Flo ain't dirty. He is just a player that has lost some footspeed and is over compensating. Flo has had way more dirty crap done to him then what he has given out. It is just the nature of playing in the trenches.
Personally it appears that most of Flo's critics are those who didn't like him in the beginning. Having said all of that, Flo is still a very good LT even with his declining skills. The day he hangs them up, will be a HUGE void that we will need to replace, else we won't have Romo very long.

I honestly think youre way more likely to get away w/ a late hit against the Cowboys.
Yeagermeister;3178223 said:This was in the late 90's or early 2000's
I could swear an official was looking right at Crayton when he was hit and no way could have missed it.Sarge;3177964 said:I don't know how the hell they missed that but a fine is forthcoming for sure.
