You telling me your fanbase wouldn't turn on him if you had a really bad year?
HomeOfLegends;2920396 said:Interesting, I wonder how long Roger would of delayed on a decision if Vick signed with say................Dallas
True, but the eagles seem to have more of them. I remember the game when your fans were throwing water bottles as the eagles were entering the tunnel at half time. That was just for one half of bad play. What's gonna happen if this season is less than stellar? I could, definitely, envision a scenario where McNadd and Reid are sacrificed to please the rabid fans. Okay, maybe that was just a dream I had but crazy things happen all the time in the NFL and Next season there will be a couple of coaches available who have rings on their fingers. That has to be tempting.Eaglestart;2920438 said:Every fanbase has it's idiots. We have had "a bad year" under Reid but he's the most winningest coach the franchise has had. I, for one, don't look forward to the day he leaves but I sure hope he can finally bring us the trophy!!

Plus they have Kolb who may or may not develop into something.Hostile;2920313 said:The sooner the better. I know Philly fans will turn on McNabb and he is by far the better QB. Philly fans will derail that ship and sink that train.

AT Carolina..
Home with New Orleans
I could EASILY see them starting off 0-2 which is equivalent to 0-6 Philly standards

I hope you are saying that after 11/8 and week 17dbair1967;2920612 said:after watching him play tonight, I wish he could play in week one
he is absolutely terrible
jobberone;2920499 said:McNabb is the better QB. Vick is more exciting although McNabb has more than his share of moments. I think McNabb may be slowing some but I wouldn't bet any money on it. He's dangerous. Unless some have forgotten his play making and running ability.
I will be very glad to see him retire and for Reid to go coach elsewhere. Best idea I've heard in awhile.
