If I were an Eagles fan, I'd be pretty excited to watch my offense this season. Not sure how good that team's going to be, but they should be fun to watch, one way or another.

That quick offense can backfire too. If they get a bunch of quick 3 and outs, that already porous defense will be exhausted by the 2nd quarter.

I don't see the Eagles being very competitive this season even with Vick under center. (7-9 or 8-8) Vick has only played one full season since he's been inthe league (I think) and I don't see him holding up this season as well especially running the option. NFC East have some great defenses and I don't think they're going to be too kind for running QBs.

I do believe that Vick is the better option at QB running Chip's system.

Who do you think has the best backup? Foles has been a starter, has really good mobility and seems to have command of the offense. He has played very well throughout the preseason and has reportedly done well in TC. He looks like a quality QB to me.

Agreed. Its a boom or bust offense. In the NFL, when other teams have the same speed, I dont think it will work. Time will tell I suppose, but I see the Eagles giving up a lot of points, and not being able to keep pace.

Yet he lost his job to Vick who lost his job to Foles last year. If he is what you think he is, he's the starting QB for the Eagles. In today's NFL, if you have a QB that is mobile, has command of the offense, and has played well in preseason and TC, he is your starting QB unless you have a top tier QB ahead of him.
