I am having a deja vu from 2008 when Cowboys fans were rooting for the Eagles to knock out the Giants and Skins only to have them kill us in the season finale 44-6. Sorry - i am rooting for the Giants.

Hopefully Vince Young turns back into the Texas Longhorn Vince Young and lead the Beagles to a win over the Giants. For once I'll be pulling for the Beagles.

I'll be rooting for the G-men this time...

My thinking is the Iggles are just about done, full of internal issues, so another loss this weekend puts the nail in the coffin of their playoff aspirations... we get the Giants twice more, and if we're playoff-worthy, we'll deal with them ourselves...

If Noo Yawk wins, we're down to just us and the Giants in the NFC East... to me, that simplifies the path in front of us...

If the Giants lose to a 3-6 Eagles team at home on NBC Sunday Night Football without Maclin and Vick then there is no reason why the Cowboys should not win the NFC East. A loss tonight by the Giants will confirm they are not a playoff team.
