PFT mentioned a rapper named DMX having his house raided a day after Vick's plea deal, posturing that Vick ratted him out. Possibly a coincidence but they didn't put two and two together enough.

Remember Sheriff Joe Arpaio of the infamous pink jumpers announcing that he may seek to charge Vick. Most thought it was just grandstanding from a known attention *****. It might have been more considering that the rapper's house was in....you guessed it, Maricopa County, AZ.

I wouldn't be surprised if dozens of NFL players are sweating right now.

Neither would I. There is a lot of this stuff going on these days. And it's not isolated to Mike Vick, every practicing hunter or your local butcher. It's somewhat become a culture of a certain group of people. In this case, rich people.

IMHO you hit the nail on the head in this thread. AI has to be a strong candidate for inclusion in this little web.

I seriously doubt Vick is the ONLY pro sports athlete to be involved in the "sport" of dog fighting. There are probably guys on the Falcons right now that went to and bet on these things. Should get real interesting as Vick continues to try and save his sorry hide from the stoney lonesome.

PETA has the reactionaries doing all of their dirty work for them. Of course, others are involved that weren't caught. There is probably a whole lot of finger pointing going on - some of it preemptive even.

Pardon the interruption.

Just for the record.......Arpaio isn't a attention *****. If he's on the radio or televised, it's in the works or it's already a done deal. He doesn't ask for it; it comes to him. It was pink underwear not jumpers. The "infamous" portion derived from tent city, not attire.

Back to your regularly scheduled thread..............

Ladies and gentlemen, once again this board's champion of animal rights reveals his hypocrisy, slandering an organization whose stated purpose is the defense of animal rights...

I have to observe yet again that refusing to eat animal flesh apparently impairs your ability to engage in logically consistent thought...
