Vickers looks like he could be a "cog" in the wheel.

Connor has, in my book. Vickers I didn't like when it happened, but going from the CLE game on, he's made his share of plays, including that insane catch on Romo's overthrow that let us convert when we needed it.
I'm ok with him at this point.

I like the leadership and swagger Vickers brings. Its much more important than his play on the field. But that being said, I don't know how much I can fault him when he's been good playing behind solid offensive lines. Were the Aryan Foster and Hillis years flukes?

He brings toughness... It's an adjustment playing with a new running back. I believe next year will be much improved.
